Another Illegal Alien Rapist Captured

A twice-deported illegal alien from Honduras was just captured after an interstate raping spree.

An illegal immigrant from Honduras, who allegedly kidnapped a woman in Missouri and repeatedly raped her during a cross-country trip, escaped from police in Bellmawr by crawling through a motel room’s ceiling, court papers say.

But 30-year-old Jose Amaya-Vasquez didn’t stay on the loose for long, according to a federal criminal complaint.

Just a few hours after he fled the Super 8 motel on the Black Horse Pike, then ran from police into a wooded area, the suspect was found perched in a tree, the complaint says.

Vasquez, who twice returned to this country after being deported, had a first appearance Monday in a federal court hearing in Camden. He is charged with kidnapping and illegal re-entry into the country, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for New Jersey.

Just trying to make something of himself, Amaya-Vasquez kidnapped his former girlfriend at knifepoint along with their two year old daughter in Kansas City and drove 1,100 miles across country to New Jersey.

“Vasquez told the victim that she was there to be his woman,” FBI Special Agent Nicole Canales said in an affidavit. Vasquez also said the woman and child were to accompany him to New York City.

The 1,100-mile ordeal began the next morning, when Vasquez secured the woman’s hands with duct tape, placed a blanket over them, and had her carry the baby to his car.640px-Tapemummification

The wheels of justice will now start turning for Vasquez

The kidnapping charge carries a potential penalty of up to life in prison, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. The Central American also could receive a two-year term for the immigration offense.

Vasquez previously was charged with multiple offenses by New Jersey authorities, including aggravated sexual assault, terroristic threats and weapons offenses.
